WORKSHOP #1: KIPPING
Thursday, July 27th, 7-9pm
We’ll focus on breaking down the kipping movement. A great kip is important for pull ups, bar muscle ups, and ring muscle ups. We’ll develop this from the ground up, building solid body positions and transferring these into a dynamic and efficient kip.
WORKSHOP #2: HANDSTAND
Sunday, July 30th, 12-2pm
A good handstand walk takes a good handstand. We’ll work toward a free standing handstand, developing good body position upside down, learning how to bail safely, and the best way to kick up to a handstand. Then, we’ll practice a couple of drills to develop comfort shifting weight while upside down.
