1-on-1 Training

Personal training provides an environment where the athlete gains one hundred percent of the coach's attention. Programming is geared toward the client's goals and can be as specific as skill work (i.e. snatching, muscle-ups) or as broad as achieving a higher level of general fitness (i.e. general physical preparedness). A consultation with your coach will take place before the first session in order to establish the direction of your fitness journey.
