WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

15 box jumps (20/24)

15 air squats

3 clean and jerks (95/135)*

*alternating rounds with your partner

*weight increases after each partner has completed the round.  Weight increases as follows:

MEN - 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 265, 275 AMRAP

WOMEN - 95, 105, 125, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185 AMRAP
