In teams of three, complete the following:

(A) 3 minute AMRAP:


*partners take turns completing the workout.  Once each partner has completed workout 'A', workout 'B' begins at the 9 minute mark.

(B) 2 minute AMRAP:

Overhead Squats (135/95)

*partners take turns completing the workout.  Workout ends at the 15 minute mark.

(C) 7 Rounds for time:

20/18 cal Row

1 Muscle-up

7 Deadlifts (275/185)

*With one person working at a time, partners each complete round one before advancing to round two.  Each round the muscle-ups go up by one repetition, while the deadlifts go down by one repetition.  The workout ends with each partner completing 20/18 cal row, 7 muscle-ups, and 1 deadlift (275/185)
