*A 45/25lb plate must be held overhead by one of the athletes at all times. Ex, Athlete 1 and Athlete 2 are chipping away at the T2B while Athlete 3 holds the plate. Athlete 2 grabs the plate from Athlete 3, and Athlete 1 and 3 are now chipping away at the workout while Athlete 2 holds the plate. IF the plate is dropped, the team must perform a 400m run together.
